Crawler-type wire saw machine is a combination of a crawler and wire saw machine. It is a domestic initiative. It has features as below:
1. The machine is flexible and can rotate 360° on the spot. It is able to adapt to various working conditions and change the cutting direction according to the requirement of the working position at any time.
2. The moving of the crawler is the combination of diesel power and hydraulic power. It can be remote-controlled. It has much stronger adaptability and less requirement for working conditions.
3. The machine uses hydraulic pressure to control the height of each supporting foot column, which to ensure stability and flatness.
4. The machine adopts PLC digital control system to realize the modular combination of every parts, via the display screen to show the real-time
running status and set the operating parameters to realize the automatic operation.
